We, at White Peony Boutique, are on a mission to give you the very best experience throughout your entire shopping experience with us!


If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to to help you out! Please make sure to try on your items right away, look over your order and read our return policy below.

White Peony Boutique will accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for White Peony store credit within 30 days from the date your order shipped.


All returns are for White Peony CREDIT only. We do not offer refunds. Store credit may be used to purchase that same item in a different size or a completely different item. Store Credit can be used online or in store and never expires.

Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

The following is a list of FINAL SALE items: 
Candles, Jewelry, Face Masks, Headbands and all hair accessories, bras or bralettes, bath and body products, prizes and mystery bags, Deal of The Week, Door Busters, final sale items, any Mega deals and items discounted at 30% or more.

You are able to purchase "Free Returns & Package Protection" on our website. There is a toggle button you can enable or disable in your cart when you are ready to check out.  **This covers returns and package protection on all items in this specific order only. You must purchase this for each order you would like covered**

If you would like to return an item, please click here. The return will be processed within 48 hours.

If by chance you received the incorrect item or an item in your order was damaged or defective, please file a claim here within 7 DAYS of delivery. We will review and process the claim within 48 hours.

 

IMPORTANT:

  • If you did not purchase "free shipping or package protection" on your order, you (the customer) will be responsible for the shipping costs to send any items back to White Peony Boutique. 
  • Package protection purchased only covers the order that it is purchased with. Package protection/free returns must be purchased with each order that you would like covered.
  • Any item returned with stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume, deodorant, animal hair, or any appearance of being worn/washed, will NOT be accepted as a return.
  • Returns must be received in original, unused condition with tags attached and your order number included.

  • You can also bring your return in person to either the White Peony Shed or St. Joseph Store during business hours (you can bring your return to either location, regardless of where you purchased)
  • MAKE SURE TO ENCLOSE A NOTE WITH YOUR ORDER # & NAME OR YOUR PURCHASE ORDER SLIP WITH THE ITEM.
  • Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received.
  • All website returns will receive an emailed electronic gift certificate that can be used on the website when you check out or can be used for in store shopping at either location! 

 

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

We get it! ...sometimes things happen and you need to change or cancel your order. We totally understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately!  We try our very best to pack and ship orders FAST! Once our team processes your order (usually within 12 hours) we will be unable to make any changes to your order.
